Established in 2007 (Reg. 7001), ESHD operates at the intersection of Cultural, Scientific, and Religious Services. We are dedicated to filling gaps in the healthcare ecosystem through rigorous training, advanced technology, and direct community aid under Law 149 of 2019.

Egyptian Network of Research Ethics Committees (ENREC)

The Egyptian Network of Research Ethics Committees (ENREC) operates as a dedicated arm and core pillar of the Egyptian Society for Healthcare Development. Our network is committed to fostering an uncompromising culture of ethical scientific and medical research across Egypt.

ENREC focuses on standardizing ethical review processes, providing high-level capacity building for Institutional Review Boards (IRBs), training researchers, and accrediting Research Ethics Committees (RECs) to ensure adherence to global bioethics standards.
